Welcome to Poison.EXE

In this game, you are Poison, a cruel computer virus which the whole existence is to deliver complete destruction upon a unlucky computer.

What is more poisonous for a computer than a virus? Than a little monster that slowly corrupts and destroys every important system, before delivering the final blow?

See if you can handle such a task! Have fun and tell me what you thing about the experience!

Minigames controls:

PoisonDisc.EXE

Move along the screen using A and D.

Aim the virus using the mouse cursor, directing where you want the ball to go.

Do not let the viruses fall out of the platform - this compromises your systems.

Delete all files on screen.

PoisonFirewall.EXE

Move with W A S D.

Pickup weapons by going over Data Discs, filled with resourceful hacks that have different styles.

Shoot using left mouse button, aim with the mouse cursor.

Your task is to destroy the firewall - a huge structure in the center of the arena.

KillMother.EXE

Move with A and D.

Avoid the corrupted files as you try to scape the chaos you caused.

You can pickup discs to increase your integrity!

Your task is to scape the system without being deleted - if you do, it's all right. You have done your purpose on completely poisoning this OS. (But it is nice to live to see what you have done!)

Hacks:

There is a small little secret in PoisonDisc.EXE - you can press P on the keyboard to skip the level. This is a Jam exclusively function, that aims to help you to complete the game faster, if you wish.

This game is great! There are so many cool details like the file names being shown when you destroy them in the breakout minigame and the glitched text after you poison some files. I had a great time playing!

THX for the review! Had a lot of fun programming these features XDD

I intended on making the folders also interactible, but didn't had the time to implement --- guess the cat pics are (forever?) lost in the void of cut content lol.

Lol, I totally get it. Especially during a game jam, sometimes you gotta cut things out!
